Should your scan come back with a clean bill of health (no compromises found), a credit link will be issued, this link can be used to rescan your business at a later date, rescan is valid for six (6) months.

Scan Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that your use of this search feature is subject to the terms and conditions of a subscription agreement (the “Agreement”) between your company (“End User”) and ThreatAware. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that: (a) information provided or made available in connection with any search (“Data”) may be used solely for End User’s or an Authorised Third Party’s (as defined below) internal, lawful business purposes solely with respect to data security protection and privacy compliance; (b) End User shall comply with all applicable federal, national, state, provincial or local laws with respect to the use of cyber threat intelligence reporting services (the “Services”) and Data, and obtain required written and enforceable consent from Authorised Third Parties; (c) Data shall not be resold, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise shared with any other person or entity (except as necessary to alert law enforcement or affected Authorised Third Parties); (d) End User shall not use any Data to develop any products and/or services, or otherwise repurpose Data for any reason without the express written consent of ThreatAware, which consent shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of ThreatAware; (e) Data shall not be used as a factor in or for the purpose of establishing an individual’s eligibility for, or evaluating any individual with respect to certain credit, insurance, employment or other prohibited purposes described in the Agreement; and (f) Data shall not be used as a factor in or for the purpose of improving, or providing advice or assistance with regard to improving, any individual’s credit record, credit history, or credit rating.

“Authorised Third Party” means (i) any employee, contractor, vendor or agent of End User on whose behalf End User has obtained prior written permission, in compliance with applicable laws and the Agreement, to provide such Services and Data to the End User on behalf of such person, without the further consent of such person or any other third party; (ii) any current customer of End User bound by a written contract with End User in accordance with the Agreement, or any employee, contractor, vendor or agent of such client on whose behalf End User or such customer has obtained prior written permission, in compliance with applicable laws and the Agreement, to provide such Services and Data to the End User on behalf of such customer or person, without the further consent of such client or person or any other third party.
